Take the Kitchener Line GO Train to → Kitchener.

Upon arrival at Kitchener GO Station, exit the train and head towards the bus loop to catch the 30 - U of Waterloo GO Bus. It departs 10 mins after train arrives.
University of Waterloo Station is the last stop on the route. Once arrived, head towards the LRT tracks to enter campus and make your way to the Waterloo Memorial Recreation Complex (The ”Rec Center”).
